The aim of this Committee is to monitor the implementation of the Budleigh Salterton Neighbourhood Plan (NP).  It will record what aspects of the NP are taken into account when BSTC is considering planning applications.

Another aspect of the Committee’s work is to monitor what progress is being made with regard to the implementation of the Community Actions.
