The Public Hall

The Public Hall hosts many events during the week; we have split these between "Regular Bookings" which, as the title suggests, happen every week and those which are "Coming Soon". If you are holding an event in the Public Hall, contact the offices and the staff will include any information on this page.

We also have FREE WiFi for our hall users, please do ask for the code when collecting your keys!

Did you know that the Public Hall can be booked for all types of events - please click on the link for a current list of Hiring Fees for Regular and Commercial bookings. Interested? Contact the Offices (01395 442245) to check availability.

9.00am to 1.00pm

A wide range of local artists and crafts and a selection of:-

FRESH Fish, Beef, Lamb, Pork, Venison.

Seasonal Organic Fruit & veg, Eggs, Cheese, Artisan Breads, Cakes, Cookies, Fudge, Honey, Jam, Chutney.

Italian Food made in Devon, Speciality Teas.....

Wednesday 12 February 2025 - Lions Bingo

Doors open 6.00pm (Loyalty card holders only). Non Loyalty card holders from 6.45pm (Max.160 people)- Eyes down 7.30pm

Wednesday 19th February 2025 - Budleigh Arts Society

The Arts and Crafts Movement - talk by writer Kirsty Hartsiosos who will explain the background, ideas, influence and development of the movement.

Doors open at 5.30pm - as will the bar.

The talk starts at 6.00pm and will last for one hour.

Members, guests and visitors welcome @ £10.00

The Norman Centre

The Town Council also manages the Norman Centre which is adjacent to the Public Hall.

The Norman Centre is the ideal venue for small group activities, committee meetings, and family celebration events.
