The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Committee was set up to investigate potential projects to use CIL receipts to best promote the wellbeing and social opportunities of the residents of Budleigh Salterton. 

The Committee has prepared a CIL Delivery Plan which shows potential projects - if you have an idea for a project, do please contact the Town Clerk.

The Town Council is required to publish an Annual Report of CIL receipts and expenditure and the latest can be found on the links further down the page.  If you wish to see earlier reports please contact the Town Council Offices who will be happy to supply a copy for a small charge.

The Committee will also look at Play and Open Space schemes which could benefit from S.106 Funds. These schemes will then be put forward to East Devon District Council for inclusion in any future public votes.
