Included in this section are the Minutes of the Meetings of the Town Council plus its various committees. Also included are the Minutes for the Budleigh Salterton Traffic Group, a sub committee of the Town Council.
If you require a copy of minutes older than those included here, please contact the Town Clerk who will be happy to supply them at a small charge.
Members of the public are very welcome to attend all meetings to make verbal submissions on any topic relating to the business of the Town Council. Please notify the Town Clerk in advance by emailing jo.vanstone@budleighsaltertontowncouncil.gov.uk or by taking it to the Town Council Offices before 1pm on the day of the meeting. You will then be given an opportunity to ask your question(s) at the beginning of the meeting. Further information can be found in this leaflet.
Agendas are posted on the website and displayed on the notice board outside the Public Hall in Station Road and give prior details of each meeting.
All meetings are held in the Council Chambers which are on the First Floor of the Public Hall. Meetings start at 7.00pm unless otherwise stated - please check the Notice Board outside the Public Hall for information, as all meetings are subject to change.
